“As someone who has struggled to find a deodorant that is effective, natural/organic and does not cause a rash, I have tried everything one can imagine. Organic deo’s never seem to do much for me unless they contain baking soda, but the baking soda causes rashes within a day or so. Mainstream deo’s generally do the same thing, an example being Native deodorant, which seems to be a sort of corporate psuedo-organic, gave me one of the longest and most severe armpit rashes I have had. I found tins of Meadow Bee in the Taos Coop (Taos, NM) and after researching it a bit and finding a number of reviews saying it didn’t cause rashes and it stopped odor issues, I grabbed the unscented version to test. Worked great for me from the start.. even kept those t-shirts that start smelling like B.O. the moment you put them on from smelling. After stocking up on the unscented, I decided to try the scented versions.. I was a little worried because essential oils directly in the armpit can often trigger rashes for me. After testing both the lavender and patchouli once or twice a week between using the unscented, I have had zero rash from either. Definitely worth a try for anyone with similar issues (or anyone really) if you can find it near you or order directly from their website. Another plus about the product is that it comes in a recyclable metal can. And no, I am not affiliated with Meadow Bee, just a fan of a product that improved my life. I look forward to seeing what other products Wendy/Meadow Bee develops.”
